Post z-wave possible
I have been using x10 for about 6 years with all of the associated problems. I just received an usb zwave interface for my shudder the thought "IBM" and the zwave is incredible. The range is great and very secure any thoughts of adding this to your great program it realy is going to eliminate all of the problems associated with x10. I use your program and love it this would realy eliminate all my and I am sure others problems. The list of componets coming are just great..

I'm keeping a close eye on Z-Wave. There have been several X10 killers through the years, but none have received wide spread adoption. I think Z-Wave might be able to do it... but we still need more devices. I've tried with no luck to get my hands on the USB Z-Wave interface protocol. The ZenSys folks want $5000 for the developers kit (that is ALOT of copies of Indigo!). That is a hefty price to pay for a spec since I don't need the hardware that is in the developers kit. But I sure haven't written-off Z-Wave support in Indigo...

Regards,
Matt
