Great, thanks for the info. Sounds like that driver might just work out, which would be great since it'll save some money compared to getting a Keyspan adapter.

Matt

And then?

I am totaly new to X10.
I installed Indigo, got a CM11 USB. Downloaded and installed the driver mentioned below. But how do I set Indigo to use it? What interface should I choose in Indigo....?

After you install the driver and reboot, run Indigo and choose the CM11 interface. The CM11 you have is really a serial interface with a USB to serial adapter cable. You should then see some options in the serial port menu, one of which corresponds to the adapter driver. Not sure what it will be called, but it will NOT be anything like "internal modem", or "bluetooth adapter."

Matt

Ok, FWIW, here's where the PL-2303 (usb-to-serial) driver is at:
http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31

For MacOS X, you need the one called "md_pl2303H_HX_X_dmg_v1.1.0b1.zip"
(driver's for 'doze, OS 8/9, and Redhat linux are also there)

No guarantees, it'll still be there, or have the same filename by the time you have a go at snaffling it!

Keep in mind that this driver is for PowerPC Macs only.
A version for intel Macs is still not available.
I've sent an e-mail to Prolific to ask about availability about 3 weeks ago, but still haven't received an answer.

Prolific has posted an updated driver that should work on intel Macs.
You can find it at the link mentioned above.
