Indigo Domotics

When I hit the test button on my DS10a I see this in the log:

Received RF security command sensor normal (min delay) (ID 239)
Received RF security command sensor alert (min delay) (ID 239)

Can't seem to find an RFXComm device that will react/trigger when the test button is pressed.
I've tried most all of the devices listed.

Any ideas how to trigger from a DS10a?
