Two Feature Requests: Mirror Actions and an Interface Pref
Greetings all,
I have two feature requests.
1. It would be nice if there was a UI checkbox so that when I go to Interface -> Manage Insteon Device Links, it would open to my currently selected device. Right now it always goes to the top of the alphabetical list. Despite the fact that I've been using Indigo two years now, my brain still expects this to work the other way (select device in Devices, then hit Manage Insteon Device Links). I've added who knows how many wrong links to the first device in my alphabetical list. Just an option to choose between this way and the current way would be much appreciated.
2. Say I create an Action Group that turns off the overhead lights in a room and turns on two lamps. So we have:
Send Insteon command off: Living Room Overhead Lights
Send Insteon command on: Living Room Lamp Small
Send Insteon command on: Living Room Lamp Big
Could you add in a "Mirror Action Group" button that with one click could create an Action Group with:
Send Insteon command on: Living Room Overhead Lights
Send Insteon command off: Living Room Lamp Small
Send Insteon command off: Living Room Lamp Big
That would be a big time saver. Something similar for Powerlinc Groups would be nifty too. And, heck, since I am asking for ponies, a third request would be to have one button that would generate all the Powerlinc Groups to control the LEDs on a Keypadlinc. One button, and blam: LED1 On, LED 1 Off, LED 2 On, LED 2 Off, etc.
Thanks for all the hard work, Indigo rocks.
Brian
