First, how do you get the dimming option onto a control page ala control of dimming similar to a widget? I can turn a device on and off but it'd be nice to be able to control the dimming via Web page.

Second, how do you get the pop-up control screen onto a control page for a given device?

You can create "Static Image / Caption" controls that have a Click Action to set a particular brightness for a device (Send Device Action type, with Set Brightness). So you could create static text (or images) for 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 100 that set those brightness values.

Or, for "Device State" type objects you can choose the Click Action "Popup UI Controls." That will popup a floating window with a brightness slider.
