I recently moved my server to an auxiliary machine. Everything is working as before, except my lights which should turn on an hour before sunset, are now turning on at 1 PM. Any ideas?

Make sure that you enabled Location Services for Indigo - we use that macOS API to determine sunrise/sunset times but of course you have to turn them on explicitly for Indigo in the Privacy tab of the Security & Privacy System Preference.
