Random triggers
I want to be able to turn my lights off and on randomly between certain times of the day? Would this be possible?

Schedules have an option to randomize by some number of minutes when they fire, so yes!

I just wrote an action plugin that goes along well with randomized schedules: Random Toggle
This will allow you to turn on or off random lights when the schedule runs.
