Keypad buttons

Hi I’m new to the HA game, and I’m jumping in feet first.
How should I be turning off the lights on my Insteon Keypad? Each one sets a variable for the home status and I only want one active at a time, so I have an action that takes the last pressed on button and then turns off the others, then sets my variables as needed.

I’m kinda known for figuring things out by taking a big hammer and making it work so it’s not always the best solutions I find. It’s got a pretty decent delay to finish up all the actions so I wasn’t sure if this was best.

You can actually create a radio group such that one and only one button is on at a time. Check out the Creating Radio Groups in Indigo 6 Pro and above in the FanLinc and KeypadLinc wiki article for an example.

This has worked. It took me a second time attempting it. Not sure why I didn't get it the first time but I have success.
