[ANSWERED]Loss of WAN trigger

I have a second home that regularly loses its outside data connection, while the LAN continues to function. Power cycling the modem re-establishes the data connection, but since the house is usually vacant, I am unable to restore the connection without physically being present.
A solution would be to trigger an event upon the loss of the data connection - say if it persisted for N seconds. Is there some way to do this? Is there perhaps an alternative solution?
A crude approach would be to power cycle the modem once a day, but I was hoping that there might be a more elegant approach.

Re: [ANSWERED]Loss of WAN trigger

Perfect. Solves my problem, and can also use it in my LAN - which also requires resetting.
Very nice.
Thanks
