[SOLVED]Advanced Trigger - Washing Machine

So i have a power meter on the washing machine, and a trigger that if Watts becomes greater than 0 then set variable WashingMachine to On. Idea being that when variable is on and power becomes 0 then washing is finished. However, the machine drops to 0 during empty and before spin, so get a false trigger. Now what i'm looking to do , is

If watts becomes 0 then wait, X minute(s) or so, if load is still 0 then trigger washing finished message

Any ideas ?

I solved this same issue (except with a SynchroLinc) because my washing machine doesn't have an audible notification when it's done. Just do the trigger on when watts becomes 0 rather than OFF as described.
