Error installing plugin

I am installing Indigo 2023.2 and Lutron Leap on Sonoma 14.1.2. I am getting an error message that I failed to create a reflector. I have gone to my licenses page but do not have a button to create a reflector. When I try to install the newest Lutron Leap plugin, I click Install and Enable, and nothing happens.

[MODERATOR NOTE]: this specific issue was resolved by resetting the reflector's activation.

[MODERATOR NOTE]: Split this into a separate thread.

Rerun the Indigo 2023.2.0 installer and manually remove any existing Lutron Leap plugins, then try installing again.

Where would I find remaining Lutron Leap Plugins? I tried finding them through my finder and found none.

Either the plugins or the plugins (disabled) folders.

Also, delete the plugin from your downloads folder (or wherever it was when you attempted the install). Then re-download it.

Have done that twice. Same message.

Re-run the Indigo installer to fix any permissions issues. Then make sure you're downloading the new plugin as the same user that installed Indigo.
