[ANSWERED]Indigo stalls when new update becomes available

I noticed something strange: every time a new update becomes available in Indigo my current running installation becomes unpredictable and does not work
as stable as normal. It still works but things like triggers do not work 100/100.
Without having looked at my MacMini I can tell when my MacMini displays the message that a new version is available.
Anybody an idea?

Re: Indigo stalls when new update becomes available

Hi Paul,

That shouldn't be the case -- the Indigo Server that handles all the processing/scheduling/hardware communication runs independently from the GUI client app. Have you tried disabling the version checking for a few days to see if the problem still occurs? It can be turned off via the Automatically check for updates when clients connect checkbox in the general panel of the preferences dialog.

Re: Indigo stalls when new update becomes available

Hi Matt, I switched it off and will wait for the next update when it becomes available to see if the problem occurs again.
