Triggers based on specific Insteon device types or groups?

Is there a way to trigger an action based on a group of devices or a class (TriggerLinc, ToggleLinc, etc) of devices?

What I want to do essentially is turn all my Insteon devices in to alarm triggers while I am away from home. But I want to exclude TriggerLincs and motion sensors from the triggers as they already have their own separate triggers. The idea here is that if someone breaks in to my house while I am away the lights will shut off and a Prowl alert will be sent each time an Insteon device is activated.

It's been a long time since I have played around with Insteon and Indigo and I think I had this running in my old setup, but it's been so long I have forgotten how or if it was set up. It's been so long I don't even know what to search for here in the forums.
