I'm having a terrible time troubleshooting a FanLinc install.

Since I don't know yet if this is a device problem, or a programing problem, I may need to perform a reset. Waiting on Matt/Jay's opinion.

How do you perform a factory reset of a KPL? The Smarthome Wiki stresses un-linking devices/controllers first.

"NOTE: Unless they have been Unlinked, INSTEON devices that have been previously Linked to KeypadLinc will still respond to button presses, even after a factory reset. The reason is that the INSTEON devices themselves have not been Unlinked from KeypadLinc. "

It is in the FanLinc manual.

If you created any links between KeypadLincs and the FanLinc then you should remove them using the INSTEON Link Editor inside Indigo. Just select the links, press Delete, then Sync.
