What exactly do you see while it is waiting before it connects?
If you open Mobile Safari and enter your IP address and port number, how long does it take to connect?

Re: Keypad linc buttons I'll try the mobile safari when I get home tonight, but as far as your other questions...I am on my home's wifi. And the strange thing is that it will show all the devices, the control, etc in indigo touch, they just don't respond.

Re: Keypad linc buttons Watch the Event Log window and the progress bar (bottom-left of Main Window) when you press a Turn On/Turn Off button (from Indigo Touch). What do you see, and how quickly do you see it?
