Post I/O Linc Garage Door Control Sensor not responding
This is the first Insteon device I am installing in my new system. Installed the I/O Linc and sensor per the instructions. I am able to control the garage door via the SET button so I am assuming that the hardware is installed correctly. My problem arises when I try to connect the device to Indigo. My Insteon network consists of a PowerLinc Modem 2413U, 2 Access Points, and this new I/O Linc.

Below is a dump from the Event log that will hopefully shed some light on why this device won't connect.

Many thanks in advance for any and all help.

Post Re: I/O Linc Garage Door Control Sensor not responding
Unfortunately, it means that the I/O Linc isn't responding to the PowerLinc's request for it's engine version. Most likely this is due to a signal issue between the two. Try moving your two access points around to see if you can get a cleaner signal path between them. You'll want to follow the pairing instructions for them to make sure you have the two phases bridged appropriately.

Check out the signal troubleshooting page for other common causes and solutions to signal issues.

Thanks Jay... Seems the access points needed to find new outlets to cooperate with one another.
