Is there a place where you can see what the latest firmware versions are for each device type (keypad dimmer relay....)?

I'm not sure that Smarthome publishes a document like that - I don't think I've ever seen it.

I found this guy's page useful. It's not a definitive or official list, but it may give an idea of some of the latest firmware differences in various INSTEON products.
