I don't provide a list of the channels for that action -- rather it gets the list from the Roku itself. If you have it installed already and it isn't showing up then I would enable debugging on High, begin creating a new action for launching a channel/application and let me the log results - maybe something has changed or the return is unexpected and the plugin isn't parsing it correctly.
Oh, I see that it isn't a channel but rather a top-level menu option... I'll see if I can find anything on it, though the API doesn't mention it anywhere so I am not sure if we can access it or not. I'll do a little research.
