Kwickset Zwave Lock error

Following up on that post with a similar issue, Just checking what is the best way to fix it.
The log is below and it is for a Kwikset 99140-024 SmartCode 914 (all other zwave units are fine)
It used to work but is now giving this error code. Unsure what has changed

Exclude it then include it again.
