Recommendations for dimmer switch

I just bought a UltraPro dimmer switch. Not very happy with the way it turns on an off. Kind of a delay, and not very controllable.
Also this, and every other z-wave dimmer I looked at doesn't have a dim status indicator on it like the insteon dimmers do.
Does anyone here know of a good dimmer that has those dim status lights on them that is also happy with the switch?

HomeSeer and Inovelli make switches with visible indication as to the dim level.

Zooz has a nice switch that has both a dimmer with indicator lights and a relay (on/off) button. I have 2 that I like.
