 Carrier Infinity Control Thermostat
I need a new heat pump and I'd like to get a Carrier Infinity series. According to the Carrier website it requires a Carrier Infinity Control Thermostat (other series don't). They do have internet enabled models but the documentation only mentions accessing via a Carries website for $100/yr.
Has anyone used one with Indigo? Ideally with an API (for free a plus). I'm guessing the website and $100 is for people who can't deal with setting up remote access. I really don't want to choose between Indigo or the Infinity series.

thanks...

 Re: Carrier Infinity Control Thermostat
No. The internet thermostat hadn't actually been released and the Carrier rep said I would be better off a heat pump that works with a standard 24 volt thermostat (the Venstar).
