RF Control and Ceiling Fans

I'm a new Home Automation convert. I recently installed 10+ dimmers and switches to use with my Indigo setup, and I'm moving on to thermostats and garage door control next. Before I move on from lights tho...

2 of my lights are ONLY controlled via RF ceiling fan remote controls (like Hampton Bay). What's the easiest way to control these lights without having to install a new wireless receiver in the ceiling fan? I've considered installing a switch to control power to the fans/light but I'm only really interested in controlling the lights on the fan. I'm not too concerned about controlling the speed of the fans themselves. We typically leave the fans on low for air circulation while we're not home (for the pets) unless we're on vacation.

For most of these there is just a single set of wires coming from the ceiling fan, so if you hook it up to a SwitchLinc then that will control everything in unison (light and fan motor) with probably not-great results.

One option, if it will fit in the ceiling fan itself, would be to wire an In-LineLinc on the fan itself to control the lights. I've never tried it myself, so I'm not sure if it would be easily doable or not.
