Unable to reauthenticate

Hi Neil

I had to change my Velux password, and I've confirmed the new ones are working correctly, however when I try to reauthenticate in the plugin, I get the following error: Velux Active Error Failed to ReAuthenticate with Velux Servers, Check Password and Account Name


Any ideas??

A couple of things to try, I have not tested with special characters in the password and that could be a possible cause. If you cannot close the config dialogue, then the credentials are not working, and even with debugging on, this is not going to give us too much more..

You can try deleting/reviewing the plugin prefs to make sure something has not got messed up in the process.


If that doesn't work I will create version with specific debug logging in place so we can address this,
