I installed some Shelly1 and used the Shelly plugin and it worked, used version 7.1.4

Have also bought some Shelly Vintage bulb and Shelly plug S that I tried to install these devices with the new Shelly Direct plugin 7.4.8.

I’m getting the following error when I try to install the Vintage bulb.

And this error when I try to install the plug S

could you download the latest version 7.5.11 and try again.

AND could you post -using your browser- the output of (*)
- http://ip#/settings
- http://ip#/status
for the 2 devices?

And do a menu /print all devices and send / post?

I have ordered the bulb and plug in the US and in Bulgaria, but then the orders get cancelled, lost ...

you can xxx the SSID and userid/passwd if you have set it

Hi Karl,

I have deleted both Shelly plugins and reinstalled the 7.5.11, it still doesn’t work, not sure if it’s me or the plugin..

Tried to attach pics to this pm but they are to big.

Do you have an mail address that I can send them to?

??? are you trying to create the shelly device through indigo add new device???

then yes that will not work.

==> you need to use the menu option

add one or range of devices.

the process works as follows:
- the plugin queries the device gets all the info and then creates an indigo device.- no dev edit needed
- from my point that is much easier than first creating an indigo device (with only ip# and devtype ) then query the shelly device to fill the gaps.

Ok,,

I have first added the device to the Shelly app and then as a new device in Indigio, this was the way I did it the first time.

I will try to add it through the plug-in instead.

Removed all old devices and made factory reset on them.
Included them according to Karl’s instructions and got them working.
