What is difference between Insteon motion detector buttons ?
What do button "2" commands mean, versus button "1" ? The button 1 commands seem valid, but the button 2 commands don't seem valid.

Re: What is difference between Insteon motion detector butto
Button 2 on the SkyLink 2420M motion sensors is the "dusk" detection. When you see a button 2 ON message, that means the sensor has detected that there is not much light in the room. When you see button 2 OFF, it means the motion sensor has detected a moderate amount of light in the room. The light level threshold can be configured either using one of the adjustment dials inside the sensor, or through software if jumper 5 is connected in the back of the sensor.
And if you see button 3 ON, that means the battery in the motion sensor is low and should be replaced soon.
