Logs showing codes that don't exist in my system
Hi,
Something strange started showing up in my logs last night. A copy is below. These are codes that don't exist on my system. Started all of a sudden, and I don't know how to turn it off or stop it.
Any advice? Thanks, Rob

Re: Logs showing codes that don't exist in my system
I've had some older X10 modules that started issuing random X10 commands like that as they were starting to fail so that may be the problem. It could also be signal noise that happens to look like X10 traffic to the PowerLinc. Finally, the PowerLinc could be failing also and reporting bogus X10 commands to Indigo.

What should I do first. I don't know why it started all of a sudden, but I'm getting swamped with log entries.
Thanks, Rob

Re: Logs showing codes that don't exist in my system
Process of elimination. I'd start by unplugging or disabling any X10 gear. If you can't physically disable a device (like an X10 in-wall switch) then cut the power to the circuit that it's on. Then if you're not seeing them, start reenabling them one at a time. If you have a separate X10 RF interface then disable that as well.
