I can not get Powerlinc 2414U to connect with 4.1.17. I tried 5.0.0 beta 7 too but couldn't get it past the start local server page. I could not get it either to work under Snow Leopard so upgraded to Lion and still can not get them to work. I followed a thread to update the USB driver...but that didn't help either. Of course I am on vacation so trying to manage remotely...which also means my lighting is not working while I am gone. Is there a newer/better Powerlinc?? Should I replace or is there something else I can try? Thanks!

The thread about the driver was for the 2412U or 2413U, not the 2414U. Instead, the Indigo installer installs the driver for the 2414U. So re-run that to see if it helps. But if just stopped working and you hadn't done an OS upgrade or anything, then the likely problem is a hardware (PowerLinc) failure.

Copy/paste the contents of the Event Log after you choose the Interface->Connect menu item so we can see the exact errors.
