I was able to find these scanned images from an old brochure from the 70s, that's all I got as far as a floor plan.

I'm not sure what you mean by spec wise, but I was thinking you could go off of what I have in the brochure image. It's going to go on a black background on a control page. I was thinking black outlines, but on a black background, it might need a white border. Also for inside of the rooms a plain white should be fine, and you can lose the names of the bedrooms those aren't necessary. As far as size wise, It would be nice to have a number of sizes available, or have it be able to size down. I'm currently designing control pages for my Nokia N800 which is 800x480 (landscape only), but it would be nice if it also fit the iPhone (4) and a regular wide screen computer monitor.

Ok, well I have a start if you want to PM me I'll send it right over and we can decide on color, fixtures etc.
