Control Page "Home" Button

Seems at one time it was on the request list, but I couldn't find it on the forum so
I'll request it myself.

it would be incredibly helpful to be able to navigate from any CP you may
be on to get back to the CP list.
As it is it could take a ton of button presses to get back to it....and for me
usually does.
