Insteon Keypad Enclosure

Hello,

I recently installed a 8 button Keypadlinc in a tabletop enclosure and it appears that about 25% of the commands sent to it are not received. Is this normal for these tabletop enclosure's or could I possibly have a defective unit? It's in our bedroom with about 5 2-way dimmers and switches that never miss any commands.

Here's the indigo log-

Error "Nightstand Keypad" raw insteon command; send failed (no acknowledgment)
INSTEON Commands Error Failed to get current LED states for device 1550067490 - aborting

Thanks for any advice,

Re: Insteon Keypad Enclosure

I've not noticed it when I've had KPLs in them before. I suspect you've got some noise somewhere. Move it temporarily to another room or plugged into the same outlet as the PowerLinc and see if it gets better.
