I've attached my weather icons if you have any use for them.
Hi Carl. When are the various icon images used? That's totally up to NOAA. The NOAA Weather Plus plugin grabs data from them which says which icon to use and I put that into the device state for the forecast icon. They determine the file name of the icon image to be used. Yes. The 1st High/Low Temperature values are for the current day while the remaining 6 are for the rest of the week. Note that sometime in the evening (not sure when), the 1st High will show the expected high for the next day, as opposed to the previous high for the current day. I'm currently working on an update to the NOAA Weather Plus plugin that adds separate states for the forecast data based on the day of the week, rather than the order in which the data was presented to the plugin (how it is currently). Hopefully this will make it easier to understand and use the forecast information. As for your weather icons, I didn't see any attachment in the post.

Thanks Nathan. I attached a zip file but it doesn't show. Know a better way to post a bunch of images?

Re: Help Setting Up Weather Forecast CP
I just checked and nshra* isn't included in the icon set that NOAA provides - at least where we got the icon set. In fact, shra* is there - which I'm guessing is the daytime version. It just appears that the nightime version isn't present. So that would be another NOAA issue...

Thanks Jay. Nathan suggested I post my weather icons. I made a zip file and attached earlier but it doesn't show. Better way to do that?

Re: Help Setting Up Weather Forecast CP
I've released version 1.1 of the NOAA Weather Plus plugin. See this thread for details. You might find it helpful Carl.

Help Setting Up Weather Forecast CP on Indigo Pro 4?
Hello Good People,
After much searching I found this page. Would some one please advise on how I can also create a Control page that will display weather and weather related info? I am currently using Indigo Pro v4.x

Re: Help Setting Up Weather Forecast CP
I don't recall if there were any AppleScripts that did weather forecasts - the NOAA script that shipped with Indigo 4 didn't. I believe there are a couple of plugins for Indigo 5 that give forecast data including the one on this thread - but you have to have Indigo 5.

Re: Help Setting Up Weather Forecast CP
Thanks Jay. How about a basic Control Page with weather that would update after so many hours?

You may find the AppleScript on this posting by Scotsman useful: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=6457It's a modifcation of the Wunderground script thats been floating around for a while, but it also includes forecast information for 6 days. I've found it to be pretty reliable, although occasionally for some reason it's predicted snow in the middle of August... the British summer weather is bad, but not that bad! I suspect that issue was at Weather Underground's end though. With this it creates a whole load of variables in Indigo that you can then setup to show on a control page. Set the script to run however often you want updated weather and you should be sorted.

Re: Help Setting Up Weather Forecast CP
Hello again Everyone,
I now have scotsman script all set and ready to go. 1. Create new control page. 2. Add a variable, show as image or text. 3. Sit back and enjoy.
Thank you!
