This means that you have an action whose Device field somehow has become empty. The action dialog tries not to let you do this, but I've seen actions with "weird" values before, and the newer versions of the plugin double-check and reject the action when it happens (in this case, when your trigger fires).
Double-check the action inside the trigger and make sure it has an actual network device set. If you continue to have trouble, try to delete and recreate the action. If that doesn't work either, then check the logging checkbox in the plugin configuration dialog, reproduce the problem, and send me the resulting Indigo log.
