Thanks for the light speed reply, Joe. Your creative output and your care in the support of your work is inspiring. Thank you.
You know, I didn't get that far (to the Wiki) so that's my next stop.
I'm not certain HOW to tell if plugin is communicating with the repeater properly.
When I restart the server the log reflects:

Reloading plugin "Lutron RRA2/Caséta 7.4.0"
Stopping plugin "Lutron RRA2/Caséta 7.4.0" (pid 38639)
Stopped plugin "Lutron RRA2/Caséta 7.4.0"
Starting plugin "Lutron RRA2/Caséta 7.4.0" (pid 38821)
Started plugin "Lutron RRA2/Caséta 7.4.0"
I'm running the Lutron Casetta Bridge Pro 2 and I entered the IP address I found in the iOS app. The once I toggled the Telnet button to enable the comminication, as required by the plugin, I couldn't see a place to set a username and password but when I created the device for the Network Connected Gateway, the port (23), Username (lutron) and password (integration) were all per-populated so I rolled with it.
I'm also running a Lutron Caseta Repeater but I don't see any IP address in the app or any DHCP IP on my network, so I expect it's using it's own protocol on Lutron's 431 MHz to 437 MHz network.
I'm embarrassed to say that I'm not sure WHERE to find the menu option the Wiki means in step one: "Select the "Create Devices from RRA2 Repeater" menu option."
The closest thing I see is the "NEW" button in the Indigo 7.4 devices view which let's be then choose Lutron RRA2/Caseta as the type from the pop up and then I get THIS list of models. If I choose the PICO remote (I have two added so far and working) it seems to NOT see the ADDRESS in the first window.
I imagine I'm missing something simple.
