Pentair Intellitouch Plugin

I just released version 2023.0.1 of the plugin, in the plugin store or at https://github.com/FlyingDiver/Indigo-P ... g/2023.0.1

The previous Python3 release of this plugin was accidentally based on v1.X of Swancoat's original plugin, as that's the version I was running on my home system. I had never upgraded to his v2.0.X version. So I didn't realize that my port was missing the Autelis support.

This release is based on the v2.02 version, which was the latest published release, according to the plugin store history.

In addition, I've made a few minor changes. The Indigo device "address" field now shows the Intellitouch circuit designation. And pool/spa heat controls show a state icon when active.
