Just installed the latest version, and I made it work with thermostats using the variables, and a python script to set the AC temp to the variable. I basically use the DIM feature as a temperature. Just cannot say the word "degrees" to alexa.
So I say "Alexa, set the upstairs air conditioner to 73" and it sets it to 73.
Works great, however, if you try to set something to 76, it keeps setting it to 75. 76 doesn't work. I tried it with light too and it keeps going to 75.
Also, 23 doesn't work. Goes to 22. I'm sure there may be a few other numbers here and there that don't work.
No big deal for lighting. I doubt anybody would ever notice a difference between 75 and 76% dim level.
However, with an AC, there is a difference.
Any ideas?
