Prism Reflector needs YOUR server restart

Last night our Prism Reflector data center experienced a denial-of-service attack. This appears to have disrupted the Prism Reflector connections to all of the connected Indigo Servers. The watchdog process that keeps the reflector up did not properly handle the errors caused by the attack, so you need to manually restart your Indigo Server. To get remote Prism access working again:

1) Choose the Indigo 2->Stop Local Server menu item on the Mac running the Indigo Server (not a remote client Mac)

2) Press the Start Local Server... button, then press the Start Server button in the dialog.

This will restart your Indigo server and get your Prism connection working again.

Regards,
Matt

Not Quite Ready Yet

Hold that thought... looks like the data center is still getting hammered. I'm unable to reach the server right now. I'll post as soon as it is working again.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Re: Not Quite Ready Yet

It is back up and working now. You'll need to restart your Indigo Server for the connection to re-establish.
