Indigo 2.0 Beta 15 Posted

- Small timing adjustment to improve reliability of upload to PowerLinc 1132CU.
- Added slimserver attachment.scpt for Indigo control of slimdevices.com's Squeezeboxes.
- Updated scripts to work with IndigoServer 2.0.
