Beta 13 is now available for download. Updates include:

• Improved EZRain syncing and initialization.
• Improved initial INSTEON device defining process. No more Retry button needed if device does not broadcast its type information.
• Added option to multiply all zone durations in a sprinkler schedule by a variable during scheduling.
• Added Open in new window checkbox option for Control Page actions that link to external URLs and other Control Pages.
• Added support to remotely set default on brightness for KeypadLincs.
• Fixed bug that caused KeypadLincs to sometimes not correctly update their UI states when controlled from another INSTEON device.
• Device sync now retrieves from the device its default on brightness value.
• Device brightness state is now accurate for devices with default on brightness other than 100%.
