Well, I did not have time machine set up as I have found it to be a bit buggy in the past. I have an automated whole disc backup nightly, and compress/archive the entire Indigo file when I get through major changes, so I thought that would be good enough. However, since IndigoPlotD keeps its restore files outside of the Perceptive Automation folder, I didn't have an archived copy. Anyway I set up time machine on my NAS (finally) and fortunately the plot structure was all still there in the plot devices, so all I had to do was reconfigure the devices and sources and we are back up and running.
