Sonos UPNP Error

I have been successfully using the Sonos plugin for some time to make an announcement when trigger events occurs, but this has changed since apple system upgrade.
I have upgraded Sonos to version 2024.0.3, but it seems to still not work.
Please see log below that is generated when I trigger an associated event:

It seems that I'm getting a Sonos UPNP error, which I'm not sure what it means.

I have setup a number of triggers that changes the variable state of the Sonos playbar, so as the player can return to that state after each announcement.
When the relevant trigger condition is met, ie a radio station is playing on the Sonos player and the fridge turns off, the below action occurs:
