Sonos (Python 3) Version 2023.1.0 in Indigo Plugin Store

I have done a maintenance update to the plugin to include the latest SoCo package which was was updated to version 0.30.0 on 14th December 2023 - see
SoCo 0.30.0 Release

This update includes the following changes which were in pre-release (version 2023.0.30):

• Fix for the 'invalid literal for int() with base 10' bug accessing dev.states["bootseq"].
• Require the latest version of the twisted python package.
• Enhance package requirements checking.
• Minor corrections.

Other than the above, there have been no other changes.
