About a week ago, I upgraded to Indigo 2023.1 from 2022.2, but found that many of my plugins did not work with Python 3 so I went back to using the Indigo 2022.2 files. I thought everything was OK.
Today my Mac mail program shut down saying I had used all my free hard disk space. On further investigation, I found that one of my Indigo plugs was creating logs of about 25 gb/day. This was new behavior for a plugin I have used for many months now without issue. I am at a loss as to what changed. I upgraded Indigo, then seemingly went back. And I upgraded my OS to 13.6.1 (cannot run 14 on a 2017 iMac).
The log entries are not going into the normal log that I see in Indigo, but a subset log that I never noticed before, but looking at older versions of Indigo, seems to have been there. I am attaching a screen shot. The log file that is almost 1 gb (after 60 mins of Indigo runtime) is the issue. The least verbose logging shows on the regular Indigo log, but the most verbose logging is being done behind the scenes in the plugin creator's log.
Any idea what might be up or might have changed?
