[SOLVED] Pro features not showing - but I have a pro licence

Hi,

I'm trying to use the "insert device state into variable" command which I have used before. However, when I create a schedule and go to Actions > Variable Actions, the only option I see is Modify Variable. The other options that should be there are missing.

I have a pro licence - confirmed by looking at the About Indigo 6 box - and am running 6.0.10. Any ideas?

Shut down the IndigoServer and quit the client, then rerun the Indigo installer.

I've tried exactly what you suggest (had done so before your post) but no luck. Still only shows "Modify variable" as the option under Actions > Variables.

OK - stop the server and quit the client. Then start the client back up and copy/paste everything in the Event Log window into a followup post.

Here you go - looks as if it's something to do with the action collection plugin, but I cannot find the relevant file anywhere.

Try stopping the Indigo Server, then empty your Mac OS X trash can and relaunch the Indigo Server.

Copy/paste the Event Log results of the start if that doesn't help.

Jay - solved it by deleting the plugins directories and reinstalling.

Thanks for the follow-up. Seems like there was probably some permission issue on the files in those directories that was keeping Indigo from correctly deleting some stuff.
