iOS 9.1 errors

just upgraded to 9.1 .. and oops:

the light popups do not work anymore they are greyed out only the x in the top left works
most other customized buttons work, but some not..

I thought, I learned my lesson..

It's working on my iOS 9.1 install, iPhone 6. Try removing app and reinstall?

tried that (delete and re-install) no change .. any other idea?

does not work:
- dimmer
- on/off ... popup

and I get this error in IOS:

was my insteon modem !!! had nothing to do with IOS!

all z-wave worked, no insteon control worked.
