Control Pages and variables

Is there a way to use variables to dictate what control page opens when you start indigo touch using script or another way? For example, if a TV is on, then the app automatically opens a "TV remote" control page.

Not currently, but that as well as other navigation features are on the request list.

This would be useful when linking from one control page to another. My setup includes one TV tuner distributed around the house (none of us watch tv too often), but if, for example, someone is watching TV in the kitchen and someone else goes to switch the tv on in the kitchen, I'd like to go to a page that says "Matt's watching the TV, don't p*ss him off and change the channel" etc.
