help with multiroom HVAC

Hi,

im working on how to set up my multiroom HVAC. the components so far ar:

Remeha avanta C4 boiler (opentherm compatible)
4 radiators with danfoss living connect thermostats
a floor heating system
Honeywell chonotherm 4 main thermostat

right now only the honeywell is heating, that the main controller on the boiler.
The danfoss's don't do anything but check temp and send this to Indigo.

What i want is a way to control all rooms with the individual danfoss thermostats and downstair (where the honeywell is) with a separate thermostat that controls the floor heating.
ill probably go for a pump switch from fibaro for the floor heating.

I just need to find a way to combine and integrate into Indigo. there is a lot of info on everything, but i just can't find a way to connect the dots.

im willing to pay for help. because right now the system is somewhat unusable.
