Not sure what forum to put this in. Whether I need to write a python script or perhaps there is a plugin. I want to quit an app on my Mac (in this case Security Spy) then launch it, from a control page on my iPhone. Occasionally in the Security Spy iPhone app I can’t connect to my system remotely unless I first quit then relaunch SS. I can always get into it through my VPN though if my VPN is active on my iPhone. How best to quit and relaunch another app on my Mac from a control page?

This plugin may do what you want. I forked it and updated it to Python 3 a while back, but I'm not the original author. It's not in the Indigo Plugin Store.
