 Reflector Down
I am trying to setup the iPhone Touch after my settings got erased( my fault) and it says on my Mac that the reflector is down. When I look at my Prism account it says that it is active.
Thanks

 Re: Reflector Down
The account being active doesn't mean the reflector connection is up and valid. Check your Indigo Event Log and copy/paste what you see. I'd stop the Indigo Server, start it up, wait 15 minutes, then copy/paste everything in the Event Log window into a forum post. Of course, also check to see if it is working after the Indigo Server restart.

 Re: Reflector Down
Matt,
I tried copy/paste each line but when it gets to the password it tells me its incorrect. Can I start over and re-download Indigo? I want to move it to a different user account anyway.

 Re: Reflector Down
The problem is your Prism Reflector account is tied to the settings on your Mac. You can create a new GoPrism.com account though, or if you provide me your reflector name I can delete it so you can create a new one and start from scratch.

 Re: Reflector Down
Matt,
Sorry for all the trouble.
I have 2 user accounts on my iMac, on for me and one for my wife. I recently moved my data from my Macbook to a new user account on the iMac. So I have Indigo on 2 user accounts. Can I delete the application from my wife's user account to get it to work? If my wife is on her account can I still use the Indigo Touch?

 Re: Reflector Down
You should only start IndigoServer under one of your OS X user accounts. The trick is to always have one account start up and run in the background (so IndigoServer can run), then you can use OS X's fast user switching to switch to the other account but still leave the account running IndigoServer in the background. You can even create a dedicated background user account for the sole purpose of starting IndigoServer (and anything else you want running in the background).
Once you have Indigo installed on the iMac and working the way you want (and under the account you want), then we can tackle the GoPrism.com reflector problem. The reflector issue is tied to user permissions, so it doesn't make sense to try to solve that until you know for sure under which account IndigoServer will be running. Note you can run the Indigo client application under any account -- it is just the main IndigoServer process that should only be launched under a single account.

 Re: Reflector Down
As mentioned above, you need to have IndigoServer installed and launched on a single account. You can then use OS X's fast user switching to switch to other accounts (never log out of the IndigoServer account). The account running IndigoServer can either be one of your main 2 user accounts, or you can create a 3rd account which is used just to run background applications (like IndigoServer). You then have to make the IndigoServer launched account automatically login on Mac startup (via the System Settings).
