Prism Server Down
All,
We've been experiencing various outages this morning, and specifically the goprism.com server is currently down. We're working on getting it back up as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we don't yet have an ETA. We'll keep posting updates here as we know more.

GoPrism.com is back up and stable. I apologize for the spotty uptime today on it (and thus with your Indigo reflectors). We are working on ironing out all of the kinks before we take it out of beta.

We've done some performance tuning on the GoPrism.com server. Reflector connections back to Indigo should be faster now. Of course we are still limited by the individual users' upstream ISP speed, but the overall performance should be better now.
If you tried GoPrism.com in the past but thought it was too slow, then give it another spin now.
