Matt,
Well I was too optimistic when I said the Indigo was back up. After doing a clean install of Indigo with my original database added back in, it seem bed to be running until I discovered that It lost any reference to my previously installed plugins. When I reinstalled the HueBridge plugin Alexa could no longer discover any Indigo "devices" and the Harmony plugin seemed not to be working among others.
Just a week ago Alexa stopped working with Indigo for no apparent reason. I first worried that Amazon had finally updated my Gen 1 device. It turned out that they had done that but it was to a level that you and others had found still worked. So I spend a couple of hours unplugging and deregistering 10 Echo devices. Registering the Gen 1 and "bang" Alexa discovered 137 devices. Then I learned that all 100 of my Alexa Routines had forgotten their connections to those 137 devices. Wonderful
So another couple of hours going back through every Routine and adding back Indigo devices.
Now back to the current problems. Where does Indigo store information on installed plugins? It seems not to be in the database. If it's some file could I add it back in from that file on a back up drive?
If I need to download and reinstall the 8 or so plugins I use, will the database remember all of the virtual devices they previously created? Or will I have to recreate all of those as well?
And now to repeat the Alexa deregister/reregister drill.
